We are members of the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and are licensed to sell real estate in Massachusetts. Debra Shear is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a designation earned from the NAR.
We list properties through MLS (Multiple Listings Service) as well as on LoopNet and use our 30-plus years of marketing expertise to promote your property in additional ways, leveraging the best practices we have developed and the technology of today.
Mark Shear, President of Berman Property Solutions, is a curriculum writer and an instructor for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In 2007, he was part of a team of experts that developed the current edition of the NAR’s “Introduction to Real Estate Auction” continuing education course for Realtors.
