While selling real estate by auction was how our company was founded, Berman Property Solutions has been providing traditional real estate brokerage for over a decade, with certified and licensed Realtors on-staff.
Because we are both a Real Estate Brokerage and Auctioneering firm, we are able to offer a range of solutions to our clients, depending on their situation. To determine which approach to propose for each client, we listen carefully to their needs and goals, and then recommend the solution that we believe will best meet their objectives.

We hold a Massachusetts real estate license and work across the entire state. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Auctioneers Association and are licensed Auctioneers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Debra Shear is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a designation earned from the NAR. Mark Shear holds numerous certifications from both the NAR and the NAA, and is regularly quoted as an industry expert in the real estate and business press.
